At Rampazzo Gallery, each artwork is produced on demand, with strict quality control and attention to detail. Our shipping process is structured to ensure safety, precision, and an excellent experience for the collector.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the conditions described below.

1. Custom Production

Each artwork is produced individually after payment confirmation.

We respect the time needed to ensure impeccable finishing, color fidelity, and museum-quality standards. The process occurs exclusively on business days and may vary according to the support and technique chosen.

2. Specialized Logistics

The shipping method is determined by the gallery, always prioritizing safety and integrity.

We use services from Correios (Brazilian Post Office) or specialized carriers, depending on the artwork's dimensions and destination, ensuring traceability and care at every stage.

3. Preparation and Shipping Times

The stated times include production and preparation for dispatch.

Average references:

  • Fine Art: estimated shipping between 10 and 14 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Acrylic Mounting: estimated shipping up to 20 business days.

Deadlines are estimates and may be adjusted due to external logistical factors.

4. Shipping and Logistics Conditions

The shipping cost presented at checkout is calculated based on current logistical references for the informed ZIP code.

If a particular modality is not available for the region, an equivalent alternative will be adopted at no additional cost.

Artworks with dimensions exceeding 90 cm on the shortest side are shipped by a specialized carrier, ensuring greater transport safety. Any differences between the estimated value and the actual cost are absorbed by Rampazzo Gallery.

5. Packaging and Presentation

The artworks are carefully rolled and protected with appropriate materials to preserve the support and artistic surface.

This format ensures maximum protection during transport and allows freedom in choosing a frame or mounting, according to the environment's style.

6. Delivery Information

It is essential that delivery details are filled out correctly.

In cases of return due to an incorrect address or impossibility of delivery, reshipment will be subject to a new shipping charge.

7. Artwork Integrity

If there is any issue upon receipt, we ask the customer to contact us within 48 hours, sending images of the packaging and the artwork.

If any damage resulting from transport is confirmed, a new piece will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

8. International Availability – Acrylic Mounting

Artworks with acrylic mounting are sold exclusively within Brazilian territory.

Due to the technical and logistical specificities of this support, this modality is currently not available for shipping to the United States and Europe.

For international customers, other categories of artworks remain available, as applicable.
