Exchange and Return Policy | Rampazzo Gallery
At Rampazzo Gallery, we work with rigorous curation and exclusive editions to transform your environment. As our artworks are produced on demand, we have established clear guidelines to ensure your complete satisfaction and transparency.
1. Production and Exclusivity
- Made to Order: Each artwork is produced individually after order confirmation, following your size and finish specifications.
- Certification: We accompany each piece with its respective Certificate of Authenticity, essential for any exchange or return process.
2. Damage or Defect (Legal Warranty)
Although we use high-security packaging, we request that the customer inspect the artwork upon receipt.
- Transit Damage: For a faster resolution, we ask that any transit damage be reported within 48 hours.
- Manufacturer's Warranty: In accordance with Article 26 of the CDC (Consumer Defense Code), you have a legal period of 90 days to report technical manufacturing defects.
- Solution: Rampazzo Gallery will provide a replacement artwork at no cost after technical analysis.
3. Right of Withdrawal (7 Days)
We respect your right to change your mind. In accordance with the Consumer Defense Code, you have up to 7 calendar days after receipt to cancel your purchase.
- Conditions: The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use or exposure, and must be accompanied by the Certificate of Authenticity in perfect condition.
- Refund: The full amount paid will be refunded (including original shipping). Processing occurs after the technical analysis of the piece in our gallery.
4. Exchanges at Customer's Option
If, after the 7-day period (or if you wish to change the image/size of an artwork already in production), you opt for an exchange for convenience:
- Readjustment Fee: Due to the cost of personalized production and the non-reusability of materials from the original artwork, a fee of 30% of the product value will be applied.
- Value Difference: If the new artwork is of higher value, the customer pays the difference. If it's lower, we generate a credit for future acquisitions.
- Logistics: The shipping cost for the new artwork is covered by Rampazzo Gallery.
5. Integrity Rules and Restrictions
- Artwork Condition: As we deliver artworks rolled, the acceptance of any return or exchange is conditioned on the absence of staple marks, glue, or stretching on chassis/frames. Once the artwork has been mounted by the customer, it is considered a finalized product and cannot be returned.
- Certificate: Exchanges or returns will not be accepted without the original Certificate of Authenticity.
- Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after the artwork's arrival and inspection at the gallery.
